One system that runs the dealership — from inquiry to delivery.
Inventory, leads, deals, financing, service and payments — fourteen connected modules on one dashboard, so no customer and no car falls through the cracks. Built once. Yours to keep.
Every lead lost in a salesperson’s inbox and every car aging unnoticed on the lot is margin gone. We connect that work into one system.
Every lead tracked, every deal moved forward.
Not a listings site. A connected sales engine that captures, routes, follows up and reports on its own — from the first Marketplace message to the handover of keys.
Customer profiles, lead source tracking, call notes, email/SMS follow-up, appointment booking and sales-rep assignment — from every channel into one list.
Inquiry → appointment → test drive → quote → financing → deposit → sold → delivered. Every deal visible at its stage, nothing stalls unseen.
Auto reminders, missed-lead alerts, appointment reminders and stale-deal alerts fire on their own — nothing depends on someone remembering.
Lead summaries, suggested follow-ups, call summaries, next-best action, hot-lead detection and manager alerts.
Leads, close rate, sold vehicles, revenue, gross profit, inventory aging, service revenue and team performance — live, not month-end.
Vehicle price, tax, fees, trade-in, discount, deposit and payment estimate — assembled into a quote PDF with approval status tracked.
Finance status, lender notes, approval stage and a contract checklist — driver’s licence, insurance, bill of sale — nothing chased by memory.
View the quote, upload documents, approve the deal, pay the deposit, check status and message the dealership — from their phone.
Payment links, deposits, invoices, service payments and refund tracking — with payment status on the deal, not in a separate terminal.
Fourteen modules — assembled to your dealership.
Your store doesn’t need all of this on day one. We build the bundle your operation actually uses — and connect it to the accounting and payment tools you already run.
Anything tagged “Connects” already lives in the tools you pay for. We never rebuild it — we wire the dealership system around it.
Its own inventory rules and sales pack.
Each type of operation gets its own pipeline stages, quote templates and automation bundle on top of the modules above.
Done for you — you never touch the tech.
We build it, connect it to the tools you have, and train your team.
We map how leads, deals and service flow today — and where customers and margin are leaking.
Inventory in, pipeline configured, payments and accounting wired. Your team touches none of the setup.
A gentle rollout — each role learns only the screens they actually use.
It goes live and runs in the background. We stay on to keep it smooth as you grow.
The questions dealers ask first.
Don’t see your answer? Message us — we reply within one business day.
I already have a DMS. Why do I need this?
Keep it. A DMS is good at holding inventory and accounting. What it usually doesn’t do is catch every after-hours lead, follow up on its own, and give buyers a portal to move the deal forward. That’s the layer we build around it.
Does it work with Marketplace, AutoTrader and my website?
Yes — leads from every channel land in one tracked list with their source attached, so you finally see which channel sells cars and which just makes noise.
Can my service department use it too?
Yes — repair orders, technician assignment, parts, customer approval and invoicing run in the same system, and service history stays on the customer record.
We have three locations. Does that work?
Shared inventory, location-based reporting and cross-location customer records are built in — one system, per-store views.
How long does it take?
Five weeks from audit to a trained team — then it runs live with us on care in the background.
